Uplift the Brethren is a directory of teaching associated with members of the non-institutional churches of Christ and available at public source URLs: sermons, classes, books, podcasts, and articles gathered in one searchable place.
What this site is
Congregations and members across the brotherhood publish an enormous amount of faithful teaching, but it lives scattered across hundreds of church websites, feeds, and archives. This site indexes it so a member in any congregation can find lessons by speaker, Scripture, topic, or source, and then listen or read at the original site that published it.
Where the listings come from
Each listing records a public source URL observed by Uplift and points readers back to that source. Audio and video normally play from the source platform; Uplift also displays its own catalog metadata, summaries, and analyses. Public availability does not establish ownership or authorization, and we cannot independently verify every source. When details are wrong, whether a misspelled speaker, a broken link, or a duplicate, anyone can suggest an update. Rights holders may request correction or courtesy removal through the same form or the contact page.
Who pays for it
Core directory search is free today, and we intend to keep it free. Memberships fund the work of growing the catalog: finding new sources, keeping links current, and building research tools for members who want to dig deeper.
